We ship all in-stock merchandise as soon as possible. Orders placed during the weekend are processed on Monday, except during some holidays. For standard delivery please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery. All shipping through the US Postal Service and UPS. We appreciate your business. Thank You!

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are as follows:

Within the 48 contiguous States (U.S.):

• Under $25 = $5.99 (Expedited Shipping =  $16.44)
• $25.00 – $79.99 = $9.99 (Expedited Shipping =  $20.44)
• Over $80.00 = Free Shipping (Expedited Shipping =  $20.44)

Alaska and Hawaii: 

• Under $25 = $17.48 (Expedited Shipping =  $27.93)
• Over $25.00 = $31.93 (Expedited Shipping =  $16.44)

Canada: 

• Under $25 = $22.74 (Expedited Shipping =  $33.19)
• Over $25.00 = $26.74 (Expedited Shipping =  $37.19)

All other areas will be calculated by weight and location. 

All shipping prices will be displayed at checkout.

Return Policy

Merchandise purchased at Commonwealth Felt may be returned within 30 days as long as the item(s) returned is(are) in the original, unused condition. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and any merchandise tags must be attached. Refunds will be given in the same tender as the original purchase. ALL SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE.

Free Shipping!

Now get free standard shipping to any location in the 48 contiguous states (United States only) on any order with $80.00 or more in shippable items.  Regular shipping charges apply to orders with shippable items totaling less than $80.00, to shipments to other locations, to all forms of expedited shipping, and to certain heavy items as noted on their product pages.

Please be aware that postage on returns is your responsibility.

Commonwealth Felt does not reimburse for shipping and handling on returns. To receive your return authorization number, please make return arrangements with us via email at info@nationalnonwovens.com or call prior to returning item(s). You must complete this step prior to returning your item(s).
